Sofia Pizza Shoppe: a classic, New York style pizzeria with a modern twist located in the Sutton Place community of Manhattan, NYC. It was opened, owned, and operated by pizza aficionados Matthew Porter and Tom DeGrezia in 2016, when we partnered with local purveyors to acquire the finest quality ingredients and unique, premium toppings. Rooted in tradition, we perfected the classics while also offering an array of distinctive original pies including our newest creation, The DoughDici™. You never found any added sugar in our sauces or dough and we were a nut-free facility. Each and every pie was a labor of love and our commitment to excellence was evident in every bite.
